Founder and CEO of Hugo Coffee Roasters, Claudia McMullin is passionate about two things in life – coffee and dogs. Originally a litigator on Wall Street, Claudia found a way to combine her two loves when she bought a coffee shop in Park City, Utah. Named after her rescue dog, Hugo Coffee Roasters has grown into a successful business that has allowed her to help homeless animals while developing one-of-a-kind coffees. Through donating 10% of her profits and sponsoring “An Adoptable Moment” on KPCW radio, Claudia has been instrumental in the adoption and care of hundreds of homeless pets.  Launched a Coffee Roasting Company in Utah, now available on Amazon Salt Lake International Airport.
